- You’re going to love your signs from 1800TheSign.com. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please let us know. We will reprint your order at no cost to you, if your dissatisfaction was not a 1800TheSign.com error you may be responsible for shipping fees. You must notify us of any problem within 24 hours of receipt of your signs and return the product to us if requested.
- All of our signs have a 2 year free reprint guarantee on fading and material defects. We will pay the shipping too. Reprints must be the exact same sign, text and graphics.
- Please Note: Orders for more than two [2] of the same item will be replaced only if the error is the fault of 1800TheSign.com. No charge reprints or corrective decals due to errors by the customer are limited to two items. Damage to products by the customer is specifically excluded.
- Unused stock products such as post kits and stands may be returned for a refund, less a 15% restocking fee. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. 1800TheSign.com can arrange for the return shipping upon request. The shipping cost would then be deducted from the refund amount. Refunds can be kept on account or be refunded to the original credit card used for purchase.
- Shipping paid for by 1800TheSign.com is limited to the contiguous United States and excludes other countries, Alaska and Hawaii.
1800TheSign.com Shipping Policy
- Our business has been built on super fast turnaround. Orders with final design approval before 3:00 PM EST generally ship the same day of the approval from one of our 3 US based production locations. Large orders occasionally require more time. If your order is time critical let us know and we will do everything in our power to get it to you when you need it.
- Shipping times provided are the number of BUSINESS days in transit by FedEx, after the package has been picked up from our production facility. The day that the package is picked up from our facility is not counted in the number of days in transit.
- The sum of production time and shipping time (in business days) is the total amount of time it will take for your order to arrive. We have a 24 hour turnaround time from the time we get your approval.

- Our prices are clearly displayed on our website. In specific instances, we will note that certain products are not subject to further discount. We reserve the right to cancel any order for which a customer has applied a discount code to a product clearly marked as "no additional discounts". Further, discount codes may not be applied to any item offered at a "sale price". Discount codes may only be used in connection with items offered at our everyday low prices. In the event that we commit an error in the pricing of a product, we reserve the right to limit the purchase to one item, and cancel and refund the remaining part of the order. We are human and we do occasionally make mistakes.
