1-800-The-Sign has several sizes of real estate for sale signs available. The signs are made with a 10 mm, approx. ½" thick, corrugated signboard and will last two or more years outside. The 4 ft. x 4 ft. signs or 4 ft. x 8 ft. sizes are the best option for outdoor signs or commercial real estate signs. The optional PVC post kit adds an element of class and will make your sign stand out from the traditional wood posts especially when you add the French gothic cap option to go on top of the vertical posts. You will really have a high end look without paying the high-end price.
The post kit is available in three different styles. The PVC Standard post kit is the most common, which includes and two horizontal tracks that the sign slides into and two vertical 8 foot posts that are installed into the ground. The Arrow post kit is similar to the PVC Standard post kit, however is designed to hold 2 single sided signs in a V shape. This style post kit is most effective on real estate for sale signs that are being installed on a corner lot making it possible for potential buyers to view from all traffic directions. The newest style post kit and most versatile is the Self Standing post kit. As its name expresses this post kit will stand up on its own, no digging required! This post kit can be used indoors or outdoors. It also can be converted into a Standard (in ground) post kit with the vertical posts able to extend up to 9 feet. The signs are made with a rigid 10 mm, approximately ½" thick, corrugated plastic sign board. The optional "skirt" stand consists of two steel rods that are simply installed into the ground with the mini post pounder tool and a 24 in. x 6 in. white corrugated plastic base that slides over the rods. The for sale sign is then slid on top the base and visible steel rods. The installation only takes a minute or two and takes very little effort or strength. The rods can be installed in almost any surface including asphalt and frozen ground. Another size option is the 32 in. x 48 in. sign. This size sign is has a similar base as the previous one described but is 16 in. x 12 in. and comes with three steel rods. This is a great option when you are allowed to have a large sign posted on the property but don’t want the expense of the larger commercial signs and post kits. This size sign will really draw attention if you have a large residential lot for sale or the lot is set back from the street. This size sign will also work well for commercial properties that are not located on a high speed road.
