I did not thoroughly read the description of the sign I purchased. That said, I was surprised the sign came in four parts and is very flimsy, in my opinion. Initially, I received the wrong frame and posts, but with an email and a call back, within an hour, they were shipping me a new frame and posts. Based on their customer service, I would order from '1-800-the sign' again.
